• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and engineering for the scenery of five plays per season
• Worked with budgets ranged from $1500 to $5000 per show
• Responsible for hiring and supervising a scene shop staff of nine, supervising and planning of all strikes and load-ins

Assistant Technical Director ~ Summer 1998
• Worked with Technical Director to create budgeting, scheduling, and technical drawings for four shows, two of which ran in a rotating rep
• Material budgets ranged from $2,000 to $5000 per show
• Created construction drawings
• Designed and built motor control devices.
• Supervised a staff of nine, including teaching welding, rigging and carpentry techniques to staff
